Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds and wallet top-ups work on FlowSkool, operated by EventSkool Private Limited. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Where we offer a free trial, you are not charged during the trial period. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your access to paid features simply ends — there is nothing to refund.
2. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Cashfree, in Indian Rupees. Each billing period begins when payment is taken and renews automatically until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing support@eventskool.io.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated below.
4. When refunds are issued
We will review refund requests and issue a refund in cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — e.g. you were billed twice for the same period.
- Failed activation — you were charged but, due to a fault on our side, were unable to access the paid Service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Statutory rights — any refund you are entitled to under applicable law.
5. Non-refundable items
- Wallet top-ups and usage credits (e.g. WhatsApp conversation or email credits) once they have been added to your account, since these are consumed against third-party messaging costs.
- Usage already consumed during a billing period.
- Add-ons and one-time fees already delivered.
- Applicable taxes already remitted, unless the underlying charge is refunded.
6. Wallet top-ups
Wallet balances fund usage-based features and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unused balance remains available while your account is active, subject to expiry rules shown at the time of top-up.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@eventskool.io from your registered email within 30 days of the charge, including your account email, the transaction reference and the reason. We aim to respond within 30 business days.
8. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Cashfree. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Disputes raised without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending resolution.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
