Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowSkool, operated by EventSkool Private Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Service" — the FlowSkool platform, website and related services.
- "Customer", "you" — the individual or entity that registers for an account.
- "Customer Data" — data you upload, submit or process through the Service.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis through our payment processor, Cashfree, in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added where required.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. See our refund terms .
4. Free trial
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, paid features may become unavailable unless you upgrade. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws.
- Breach the policies of Meta (WhatsApp Business, Instagram), email providers, or any other integrated platform.
- Send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- Message recipients without a lawful basis or required consent.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service, or bypass usage limits.
6. Customer Data & ownership
As between the parties, you own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Our processing of personal data within Customer Data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Meta, Google, Cashfree). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by EventSkool Private Limited and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, non-payment, or risk to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle Customer Data as described in the DPA.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration provision.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
